Supplemental Terms definition

Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.

Supplemental Terms means the supplemental terms to the General Terms for each Product type.

• As between the parties, except for any limited usage rights set forth in any Supplemental Terms, Trimble and its suppliers have and will retain all Intellectual Property Rights in and to Xxxxxxx IP and all copies, modifications, and derivative works thereof.

Supplemental Terms means additional terms and conditions that apply to a particular Offering as attached hereto or set forth or referenced in an Order.
