Supplementary Interest definition

Supplementary Interest has the meaning specified in Section 6.04(a) hereof.
Supplementary Interest shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.01.
Supplementary Interest means all amounts, if any, payable pursuant to Sections 7.03(a) and 7.03(b), as applicable, hereof.

Examples of Supplementary Interest in a sentence

  • Unless and until a Responsible Officer of the Trustee receives at the Corporate Trust Office such a certificate, the Trustee may assume without inquiry that no such Supplementary Interest is payable.

  • Any express mention of the payment of Supplementary Interest in any provision hereof shall not be construed as excluding Supplementary Interest in those provisions hereof where such express mention is not made.

  • If the Company has paid Supplementary Interest directly to the Persons entitled to them, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate setting forth the particulars of such payment.

  • With regard to any Reporting Event of Default, no Supplementary Interest shall accrue, and no right to declare the principal or other amounts due and payable in respect of the Securities shall exist, after such Reporting Event of Default has been cured.

  • If Supplementary Interest is payable by the Company pursuant to Section 7.04 hereof, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate to that effect stating (a) the amount of such Supplementary Interest that is payable and (b) the date on which such interest is payable.

  • Any reference to interest on, or in respect of, any Security in the Indenture shall be deemed to include Supplementary Interest if, in such context, Supplementary Interest is, was or would be payable pursuant to Section 7.04.


More Definitions of Supplementary Interest

Supplementary Interest provided for herein to the extent that, Supplementary Interest is, was or would be payable hereunder, and in either case express mention of the payment of Additional Interest (if applicable) or Supplementary Interest (if applicable) in any provisions hereof shall not be construed as excluding Additional Interest or Supplementary Interest, respectively, in those provisions hereof where such express mention is not made.
