Supplied Material definition

Supplied Material means the API.
Supplied Material means any materials, elements of text, images, graphics, photographs, designs, trademarks, copyright, intellectual property, data, terms and conditions or other information provided by the Client to the Company relating to the Services
Supplied Material means the materials and component parts (to be used in the wafer sort and assembly) supplied by or for VIC to UHQ for purposes of performance of the Contract Services.

  • Product or Products means products, goods, material, machinery, devices, equipment, and fixtures forming the Work or any part thereof, but does not include Construction Equipment and Owner Supplied Material.

  • The Certificate must include the manufacturer’s certification or complete traceability from the original authorized manufacturer for the product(s) shipped.Aerojet Rocketdyne Supplied Material: If Buyer supplied materials/parts were used in performance of Buyer’s purchase order, the Seller shall include reference to the Aerojet Rocketdyne Furnished Material Transmittal number or other traceability to Aerojet Rocketdyne’s acceptance provided on the C of C.

  • If a RAM is submitted to the PEO, the engineer shall approve the RAM, coding with an “8” – “Source Approved” and note the page number where it is listed in the Contract Documents as an Agency Supplied Material.

Related to Supplied Material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
