Licensee acknowledges that the Licensed Material may contain information subject to export restrictions.

Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred, or disposed under a general or specific license issued by the department.

Licensed Material means the Licensed Content (eg published articles) forming part of the content of the Licensed Titles and all Metadata relating to Licensed Titles and Licensed Content.
