Supplier Quote definition

Supplier Quote means this document which provides information of the Products, Third Party Maintenance, Services and the price.
Supplier Quote has the meaning as described in clause 8.1 (Cost).
Supplier Quote or “Quote” shall mean the document issued by Supplier to Customer therein stating Supplier’s offer to develop, manufacture, assemble, test or produce the Products in accordance with the RFQ.

For purposes hereof, a Debt Rating is only a “split rating” if the Debt Rating applies to a different pricing level.
