Support Space definition

Support Space is defined in Item 5(c) of the Basic Lease Information.

Support Space means the areas within the Leased Premises for use by Lessee for food preparation, maintenance, or offices as approved by the Administration, as amended from time to time.

Support Space means those parts of a school building that are generally used for purposes other than instruction. Support space includes offices, storage rooms, wash rooms, kitchens, cafeterias, and similar spaces;

More Definitions of Support Space

Support Space means dedicated office and storage space described in the Service Order together with associated power, cooling and other services to be provided by Switch. “Service Commencement Date” means the date provided in a Service Order indicating the estimated start date for the services and Switch will provide notice to Customer when the installation is complete. “Premises” means the address identified on the appropriate Service Order.

Support Space means individually and collectively, the HVAC Roof Area, if any, as defined in Addexxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx X, the Electrical Room Area, as defined in Addexxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx X xnd the Building F Generator Area, as defined in Addexxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx X. The useable area of the Support Space shall be determined by reference to Lessee's Plans Approved by Lessor in accordance with Addendum 5, and confirmed in a writing between Lessor and Lessee within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date, which writing shall be attached to this Lease. The "Building" is that certain Building F consisting of approximately 328,500 sq. ft. and containing the Premises. Building F is a portion of the Paul Xxxnue Industrial Center, consisting of 6 buildings (A-F) with a total building area of 452,500 sq. ft. The Premises, Building F, the Common Areas as defined in Paragraph 2.7, the land upon which they are located, along with all other buildings and improvements thereon, are herein collectively referred to as the "Industrial Center." (Also see Paragraph 2.) In addition to Lessee's rights to use and occupy the Premises, Lessee shall have a non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas (as defined in Paragraph 2.7) as hereinafter specified, provided that Lessee's rights to use the roof, exterior walls and Common Area Conduit Installation Areas, as defined in Addexxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx X(xxx), xx the Building or any other buildings in the Industrial Center are limited to those expressly provided in Addendum 6.

Support Space means space used for office and/or storage purposes.

Support Space has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1.

Support Space means space used for office and/or storage purposes that is not part of a Concession Facilities Space. Availability and use of Additional Support Space shall be subject to the AUTHORITY’s written approval and subject to the rental rates, which are established by AUTHORITY’s Schedule of Fees and Charges. Such Schedule shall be amended from time to time by action of the AUTHORITY or its delegates. Tax - shall mean and includes any assessment, license, charge, imposition, or levy imposed by any governmental body pursuant to its taxing power.

Support Space means those parts of a school building that are generally not used for instruction or rarely used for instruction.

Support Space means an Assigned Area, which area is noncontiguous to Advertising Locations, used by Concessionaire for office/administrative space orstorage of inventory to support the Advertising Locations’ operations, as set forth in Exhibit A.
