Surrender Offer definition

Surrender Offer means an offer submitted by or on behalf of a Surrender User served during the Offer Window Period in accordance with Clause 7 pursuant to a Tender Invitation Notice and in accordance with the Transfer and Trading Surrender Tender Rules by which such a Surrender User offers to grant a Forward Contract to National Grid for a specified Surrender Amount of Firm NTS Entry Capacity over a specified Forward Delivery Period for a specified Forward Value and at a specified Aggregate System Entry Point in each case as permitted or determined by the applicable Tender Invitation Notice;
Surrender Offer means an offer to surrender System Capacity
