Surveying definition

Surveying means an evaluation of the radiological conditions and potential hazards incident to the production, use, transfer, release, disposal, or presence of sources of radiation. When appropriate, such evaluation includes, but is not limited to, tests, physical examination, and measurements of levels of radiation or concentrations of radioactive material present.

  • In this regard, and subject to adjustments in a particular Work Authorization, as provided in Article 3 herein, Surveyor shall proceed with sufficient qualified personnel and consultants necessary to fully and timely accomplish all Surveying Services required under this Contract in a professional manner.

  • Payments shall be made by County based upon Surveying Services actually provided and performed.

  • Surveyor acknowledges that each Work Authorization is of critical importance, and agrees to undertake all reasonably necessary efforts to expedite the performance of Surveying Services required herein so that construction of the Project will be commenced and completed as scheduled.

  • Payments to Surveyor shall be made while Surveying Services are in progress.
