Surviving Corporations definition

Surviving Corporations means the AT&T Broadband Surviving Corporation and the Comcast Surviving Corporation.
Surviving Corporations shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.
Surviving Corporations means each of the COMPANIES as the surviving parties in the Mergers.
