Suspended Redemption Order definition

Suspended Redemption Order shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 7.1(d).

Examples of Suspended Redemption Order in a sentence

  • If by such Redemption Settlement Time the Managing Owner has not received from the redeeming Participant all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Managing Owner will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • If the Redemption Basket(s) comprising the Suspended Redemption Order are credited to the Managing Owner’s account at the Depository by noon, New York time, on such following Business Day, the Redemption Distribution with respect to the Suspended Redemption Order shall be paid in the manner provided in the second preceding sentence.

  • If the Redemption Basket(s) comprising the Suspended Redemption Order are credited to the Managing Owner’s account at the Depository by such time as provided in the Participant Agreement, on such following Business Day, the Redemption Distribution with respect to the Suspended Redemption Order shall be paid in the manner provided in the second preceding sentence.

  • If by such Redemption Settlement Time, the Managing Owner has not received from the redeeming Shareholder all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Managing Owner will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • If the Redemption Basket(s) comprising the Suspended Redemption Order are credited to Managing Owner’s account by noon, New York time, on such following Business Day, the Redemption Distribution with respect to the Suspended Redemption Order shall be paid in the manner provided in the second preceding sentence.

  • If the Redemption Basket(s) comprising the Suspended Redemption Order are credited to the Distributor’s account at the Depository on such following Business Day, the Redemption Distribution with respect to the Suspended Redemption Order shall be paid in the manner provided in the second preceding sentence.

  • If by the close of business on the next Business Day following Redemption Settlement Date, the Sponsor has not received from the redeeming Participant all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Sponsor will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption will be cancelled.

  • If the Redemption Basket(s) comprising the Suspended Redemption Order are credited to Trustee's account at the Depository by 9:00 a.m. New York time on such following Business Day, the Redemption Distribution with respect to the Suspended Redemption Order shall be paid in the manner provided in the second preceding sentence.

  • If by such Redemption Settlement Time the Manager has not received from the redeeming Authorized Participant all Redemption Baskets comprising the Suspended Redemption Order, the Manager will settle the Suspended Redemption Order to the extent of whole Redemption Baskets then received and any balance of the Suspended Redemption Order will be cancelled.

  • If the Redemption Basket(s) comprising the Suspended Redemption Order are credited to the Manager’s account at the Depository by such time as provided in the Authorized Participant Agreement on such following Business Day, the Redemption Distribution with respect to the Suspended Redemption Order shall be paid in the manner provided in the second preceding sentence.

Related to Suspended Redemption Order

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Accumulation Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Scheduled Redemption Date means the first (1st) Business Day following the twenty first (21st) anniversary of the Issue Date.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that, if the Shares are not Publicly Traded, the Specified Redemption Date means the thirtieth Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.
