Redemption Order definition

Redemption Order means a Redemption Order in the form attached to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Issuer in its sole discretion.

Redemption Order is defined in Section 2.6.

Redemption Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) of the Participants Agreement.

Examples of Redemption Order in a sentence

• If a Purchase Order Form or a Redemption Order Form otherwise in good form contains order terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the applicable order number, the Trustee will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order.

• Any such announcement may be general or subject to conditions, and any such Redemption Order which is not in accordance with any such conditions shall not be valid.

• Business Day after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date in respect of any Redemption Order, which shall be postponed to the next London Business Day in case such day is not a London Business Day, the Issuer shall notify the relevant ETP Securityholder of the Optional Redemption Amount payable in respect of ETP Securities which are the subject of that Redemption Order, calculated as provided above.

• A form of Purchase Order is attached hereto as Exhibit B and a form of Redemption Order is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

• With respect to any Redemption Order, the Authorized Participant on behalf of itself and any Authorized Participant Client acknowledges and agrees to return to the Trust any payment, distribution or other amount paid to it or an Authorized Participant Client in respect of any property transferred to the Authorized Participant or any Authorized Participant Client that, based on the valuation of such property at the time of transfer, should have been paid to the Trust.
