SVB Capital definition

SVB Capital is defined in the preamble hereof.
SVB Capital means collectively, (a) SVB INNOVATION CREDIT FUND VIII, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, (b) INNOVATION CREDIT FUND VIII-A, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and any of their Affiliates.
SVB Capital means the personnel and funds that comprise the Debtor’s venture capital and credit investment business.

  • CET1 Capital means at any time, the common equity tier 1 capital of the Bank or the Group, respectively, as calculated in accordance with Chapter 2 (Common Equity Tier 1 capital) of Title I (Elements of own funds) of Part Two (Own Funds) of the CRR and/or Applicable Banking Regulations at such time, including any applicable transitional, phasing in or similar provisions;
