Swap Tax Credit definition

Swap Tax Credit means any amounts relating to tax credits payable by the Issuer to the Swap Counterparty pursuant to the provisions of any Swap Agreement;
Swap Tax Credit means any amounts relating to tax credits payable by the Issuer to any Swap Counterparty pursuant to the provisions of any Swap Agreement;
Swap Tax Credit means any credit, allowance, set-off or repayment received by the Issuer in respect of tax from the tax authorities of any jurisdiction relating to any deduction or withholding giving rise to an increased payment by the Interest Rate Swap Counterparty to the Issuer;
