Swap Transaction definition

Swap Transaction means the swap transaction with an effective date of 8 June 2015 entered into between the Issuer and the Counterparty pursuant to a 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule thereto (in the form of the Swap Schedule Terms Module, July 2014 Edition) dated as of 19 May 2015 (the “Master Agreement”) as supplemented by a swap transaction confirmation with an effective date of 8 June 2015, in the form set out in Annex I hereto as amended and/or restated from time to time (the "Swap Transaction Confirmation").
Swap Transaction means an interest rate swap, interest rate cap, floor or collar, currency exchange transaction or similar transaction entered into between the Bank and the Member.
Swap Transaction means any transaction that is a rate swap, basis swap, forward rate transaction, commodity swap, commodity option, equity or equity index swap or option, bond option, note or xxxx option, interest rate option, forward foreign exchange transaction, cap transaction, collar transaction, floor transaction, currency swap transaction, cross-currency rate swap transaction, swap option, currency option, credit swap or default transaction, T-lock, or any other similar transaction (including any option to enter into the foregoing) or any combination of the foregoing, entered into prior to, on or anytime after the date hereof between Swap Counterparty and Borrower so long as a writing, such as a Swap Contract, evidences the parties’ intent that such obligations shall be secured by this Deed of Trust in connection with the Loan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Obligations evidenced by Swap Transaction Documents shall be terminated only in accordance with the terms of the respective Swap Transaction Document.

  • Prepayment of the principal amount of the Note, in whole or in part, whether voluntary or involuntary, will be subject to payment by Borrowers to Lender of all assessments, losses, fees and costs of any kind or nature incurred by Lender under any and all Swap Transaction Documents by and between Borrowers and Lender, which arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of such prepayment.

  • Moreover, at no time during the term of the Loan may the then principal balance of the Loan be less than the then remaining notional amount of the Swap, and any prepayment of the Note below the notional amount will require an equivalent reduction in the notional amount under the Swap Transaction Documents.

  • This prepayment penalty provision is only applicable if the Borrowers and Lender have entered into a Swap Transaction evidenced by a separate Swap Transaction Document.

Swap Transaction. Any reference to a:
Swap Transaction in the ISDA Definitions is deemed to be a reference to a "Transaction" for the purpose of interpreting this Agreement or any Confirmation; and
Swap Transaction means any transaction which is a rate swap transaction, a forward rate transaction, interest rate option purchased or collar transaction as referred to in the definition of "swap transaction" appearing in the 2000 ISDA Definitions as amended from time to time save that:-
Swap Transaction means (a) any rate, basis, commodity, currency, ---------------- debt or equity swap, (b) any cap, collar or floor agreement, (c) any rate, basis, commodity, currency, debt or equity exchange or forward agreement, (d) any rate, basis, commodity, currency, debt or equity option, (e) any other similar agreement, (f) any option to enter into any of the foregoing, (g) any investment management, master or other agreement providing for any of the foregoing and (h) any combination of any of the foregoing.
Swap Transaction means the fully funded commodity index linked swap transaction entered into by the Issuer and the Swap Counterparty under the Swap Agreement in relation to this Series of ETC Securities.
Swap Transaction means (a) any rate, basis, commodity, currency, debt or equity swap, (b) any cap, collar or floor agreement, (c) any rate, basis, commodity, currency, debt or equity exchange or forward agreement, (d) any rate, basis, commodity, currency, debt or equity option, (e) any other similar agreement, (f) any option to enter into any of the foregoing, (g) any investment management, master or other agreement providing for any of the foregoing and (h) any combination of any of the foregoing.
Swap Transaction means, with respect to any Securities, any swap, participation or other arrangement that transfers to another Person, in whole or in part, any economic consequences of ownership thereof.
