Swap Termination Account definition

Swap Termination Account has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(a)(iii).
Swap Termination Account means the Swap Termination Account established in Section 5.2.
Swap Termination Account means any of the Interest Rate Termination Account, the Class A1 Currency Swap Termination Account and the Asset Swap Termination Account.

  • The Trustee, at the direction of the Master Servicer, shall deposit into the Class Currency Swap Termination Account any funds (in Dollars) received by the Trustee from the Currency Swap Counterparty with respect to an Event of Default (as defined in the Class Currency Swap) on the date such funds are received.

  • Swap Termination Payment Upon the designation of an “Early Termination Date” as defined in the Swap Agreement, the payment to be made by the Swap Administrator to the Swap Provider from payments from the Trust Fund, or by the Swap Provider to the Swap Administrator for payment to the Trust Fund, as applicable, pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement.

  • Swap Termination Event means any event defined as a “Swap Termination Event” in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1(a)(ii).

  • Liquidity Provider Ratings Event Termination Date means the date established by the Tender and Paying Agent, acting upon instructions of the Fund pursuant to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, for termination of the VRDP Purchase Agreement upon the occurrence of a Liquidity Provider Ratings Event, which date shall be not less than 16 days nor more than 30 days following such Liquidity Provider Ratings Event.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Termination Payment Date means the date on which the RECIPIENT is required to repay to ECOLOGY any outstanding balance of the loan and all accrued interest.
