Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.
Swingline Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Swingline Advance. Any swingline loan made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2 and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise specified, a Swingline Advance shall constitute an Advance hereunder.

For greater certainty and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Swingline Lender shall not be obligated to permit a Swingline Advance if at such time (A) the amount of such Swingline Advance would exceed the Available Commitment, or (B) after giving effect to any such Swingline Advance (i) the Loan plus the Swingline Availment would exceed the Total Commitment at such time; or (ii) the Swingline Availment would exceed the Swingline Limit.

Swingline Advance shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).
