Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.
Swingline Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Swingline Advance. Any swingline loan made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2 and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise specified, a Swingline Advance shall constitute an Advance hereunder.
Examples of Swingline Advance in a sentence
Until each Lender funds its Base Rate Advance or participation pursuant to this Section to refinance such Lender’s percentage of any Swingline Advance made by the Swingline Bank, interest in respect of such Lender’s share thereof shall be solely for the account of the Swingline Bank.
Each Swingline Advance shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Swingline Bank and the Administrative Agent.
The Borrower will repay to the Swingline Bank the then unpaid principal amount of each Swingline Advance on the earliest of the latest Termination Date, the fourth Business Day after such Swingline Advance is made and any date on which a Borrowing (other than with respect to a Swingline Advance) is made.

Swingline Advance shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).
Swingline Advance means an advance made or to be made by a Swingline Bank under the Swingline Facility.
