Swingline Loans definition

Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

Swingline Loans means the swingline loans made to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swingline Loans has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Swingline Loans in a sentence

• Subject to Section 4.3 [Interest After Event of Default], only the Base Rate Option applicable to Revolving Credit Loans shall apply to the Swingline Loans.

• So long as any Lender is a Defaulting Lender, (i) the Swingline Lender shall not be required to fund any Swingline Loans unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect to such Swingline Loan, and (ii) the Issuing Lender shall not be required to issue, extend, renew or increase any Letter of Credit unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure in respect of Letters of Credit after giving effect thereto.

• All or a portion of the proceeds of the Revolving Loans, Swingline Loans, Incremental Facilities and the Letters of Credit made after the Closing Date, shall be used to provide for ongoing working capital and general corporate purposes and to pay related fees and expenses.
