Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, during the Revolving Period, the Swingline Lender shall advance to the Borrower the amount requested under a Swingline Funding Request (each, a “Swingline Advance”).
If any Swingline Funding Request is received by the Administrative Agent after 2:00 p.m. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day for which such Swingline Advance is requested or on a day that is not a Business Day, such Swingline Funding Request shall be deemed to be received by the Administrative Agent at 9:00 a.m. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the next following Business Day.

If any Swingline Funding Request is received by the Deal Agent and the Swingline Purchaser after 2:00 p.m. on the Business Day for which such Swingline Purchase is requested or on a day that is not a Business Day, such Swingline Funding Request shall be deemed to be received by the Deal Agent and the Swingline Purchaser at 9:00 a.m. on the next following Business Day.
If any Alternative Currency Swingline Funding Request for an Alternative Currency Swingline Advance is received by the Alternative Currency Swingline Lender after 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Business Day for which such Alternative Currency Swingline Advance is requested or on a day that is not a Business Day, such Alternative Currency Swingline Funding Request shall be deemed to be received by the Alternative Currency Swingline Lender at 9:00 a.m. (London time) on the following Business Day.
If any Swingline Funding Request is received by the Administrative Agent after 12:00 p.m. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day for which such Swingline Advance is requested or on a day that is not a Business Day, such Swingline Funding Request shall be deemed to be received by the Administrative Agent at 9:00 a.m. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the next following Business Day.
Any Alternative Currency Swingline Funding Request shall be irrevocable.
Each such Swingline Funding Request (along with a Borrowing Base Certificate) shall (i) specify the aggregate amount of the requested Swingline Advance, which shall be in an amount equal to at least $1,000,000, (ii) specify the date of the requested Swingline Advance, and (iii) include a representation that all conditions precedent for a funding have been met.
If no election as to the Currency of an Alternative Currency Swingline Advance is specified, then the Alternative Currency Swingline Funding Request shall be deemed not to have been received by the Alternative Currency Swingline Lender.
