Synthetic Instrument Adjusted Issue Price definition

Synthetic Instrument Adjusted Issue Price means the amount determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the table set forth below (the “Synthetic Instrument AIP Table”). If the relevant Unwind Date is not listed in the Synthetic Instrument AIP Table, the amount in the preceding sentence shall be determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the Synthetic Instrument AIP Table, using a linear interpolation between the lower and higher Synthetic Instrument Adjusted Issue Prices for the Unwind Dates immediately preceding and immediately following the relevant Unwind Date.
