System APIs definition

System APIs means Exported Module Interfaces for Object Code Modules included in the PS Product Software provided by PalmSource to Licensee under this Agreement.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified.   • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Billing System means a system to issue Invoices relating to charges payable by each party under an Access Agreement;

  • Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.
