System Electronics definition

System Electronics means all items of equipment, hardware, software, electronics, optronics and any components thereof owned by XXX that are used to transmit or monitor Telecommunications Services or Utilicom Services over the Leased Fiber or the System, including, without limitation, routers, access nodes, MSDTs, channel banks, digital system cross connect equipment, fiber optic terminals, fiber optic patch panels, multiplexers and switches.
