System Hardware. All computer servers, networking equipment, connectivity hardware, and storage racks as applicable, and any related Documentation, provided by Contractor or the County for the Solution.
System Hardware means computer hardware to be supplied by County in accordance with the minimum requirements provided by Contractor pursuant to Paragraph 11.0
System Hardware as used herein shall mean the equipment and other items to operate the System’s function. References to the System Hardware may include one or more components thereof or all Hardware in the System.
Examples of System Hardware in a sentence
If the System Hardware is activated within the Initial Term, this Contract will continue for the Subscription Period, which will commence upon the date of Activation.
The System Hardware may include a removable subscriber identity module card (“SIM Card”).
If the System Hardware is not activated (as provided in Section 1.3) within the Initial Term, this Contract will expire at the end of the Initial Term.
Service software, modem software, and other software and/or firmware are resident on the System Hardware ("System Software").
All prices and rates affiliated with the Service or System Hardware include sales, use, excise or similar taxes assessed at any time.

System Hardware. REQUIREMENTS The System hardware at initial installation shall include at minimum the following:
1. A Pentium 90 MHz Interactive server with 32 MB RAM and 1 GB hard drive shall be the minimum platform for the interactive server.
2. External magnetic storage and/or CDi and/or CD ROM or other system as required to deliver Content.
3. A high speed modem connection to the System for remote diagnostic testing, downloading of Content, etc.
4. A PC work station suitable for operation of the Graphics generator for the exclusive use of the Hotel to update hotel related Content for use on the System.
5. The above work station have a printer, and be connected to the System and located at the Hotel's direction for the creation and printing of guest charges for use of System Content in the event of failure of the PMS or interfaces to the PMS.
6. Two-way communication protocol via MATV between Guest room Terminal and interactive file server.
7. In room terminal, with standardized remote control and channel numbering plan.
8. VHS tape players as required operating within the following performance specifications:
a. Luminance Level: 1.0 +/- 30% Vp-p for machine to machine operation at 75ohm terminated composite video of 140 IRE units source EXHIBIT "A" TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

9. All other equipment as required to make up the complete System.
System Hardware. “System Hardware” means the physical hardware (including but not limited to, servers, network and communication equipment) required for ongoing successful operation of SYSTEM. This does not include local desktop or mobile hardware that will be supplied and maintained by each agency independent of this Agreement. The PSITGC will be notified as soon as possible should an unplanned event occur requiring funding for additional resources (emergency support resources) from County Information Systems Department, City of Spokane MIS Department, or other IT agency. An example of an unplanned event is a malicious viral network attack causing network/system downtime and requiring emergency support resources.
System Hardware means any and all hardware that is required for County to enjoy and exercise fully its rights in respect of the SCADA System.
