System or Systems definition

System or Systems means the storage facilities and related equipment located in the State of Texas, including but not limited to the compressors, regulators, meters and support facilities.
System or Systems means the various pipeline facilities and related equipment located in the State of Texas owned by the Company as of the date of this Service Agreement, including but not limited to the compressors, regulators, meters and support facilities.
System or Systems means the assets constituting a cable television or SMATV system (including all related licenses, Franchises and permits issued under federal, state or local laws from time to time, and all Pole Agreements, utility easements and all other property owned or used in connection with the entertainment and services provided pursuant to, and all interest of either Borrower to receive revenues from, or pursuant to, said licenses, Franchises and permits) owned by such Borrower and serving subscribers within a geographical area covered by one or more Franchises from the same head end facility or by two or more head end facilities.

  • In the event Network does so interfere, Affiliate may, in addition to any and all remedies available to Affiliate, at law and in equity, discontinue carriage of the Service, immediately, on any or all Systems and delete, immediately, such System or Systems from Schedule 1 hereto.

  • Network shall keep the results of all research relating to a System or Systems or the subscribers therein confidential under the provisions of Section 12 hereof and shall retain the results of such research in an aggregate form only, which results do not identify any subscriber, Cable television system, Alternative Technology system, Cable television operator or Alternative Technology operator.

  • The Material Consents listed on Schedule 9.3 (the “Required Consents”) that are attributable to the System or Systems subject to the applicable Closing shall have been obtained; provided, that Seller shall not have the benefits of this condition in respect of any Required Consent that is waived by Buyer pursuant to Section 10.3 if the failure to obtain such Required Consent would not result in any material liability to Seller or would not cause Seller to materially violate any Law.

Related to System or Systems

  • System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.

  • Systems means any: (i.) computer programs, including, but not limited to, software, firmware, application programs, operating systems, files and utilities; (ii.) supporting documentation for such computer programs, including, without limitation, input and output formats, program listings, narrative descriptions and operating instructions; (iii.) data and/or media; (iv.) equipment, hardware, servers, and/or devices; and/or (v.) network(s).

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, Deliverability Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Transmission/Distribution Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.
