System Operations definition

System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.
System Operations means the Provider’s operation, maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirements herein.
System Operations means the operation, maintenance and repair of the System performed by or for Provider during the Term, as well as all back office services necessary for Provider to support the System and process bills and payments.

Examples of System Operations in a sentence

  • The System and Provider’s services hereunder, including the Installation Work, Solar Services and System Operations, shall not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

  • The communication requirement shall be in accordance to CEA (Technical Standards for Communication System in Power System Operations) Regulations, 2020, CERC (Communication System for inter-State transmission of electricity) Regulations, 2017, and CEA (Cyber Security in Power Sector) Guidelines, 2021, all above documents as amended from time to time.


More Definitions of System Operations

System Operations means Operator’s operation, maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.
System Operations means Seller’s operation, maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance with the requirements herein.
