Systems Support definition

Systems Support has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.
Systems Support has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(iv). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references to Articles, Sections and Schedule will refer to the corresponding articles and sections in and schedule to this Agreement and references to the parties shall mean the parties to this Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein without definition (such as "Financed") that have correlative defined terms (such as "Financing") will have a meaning correlative to the defined term. References to "consistent with past practice" shall refer to the past practices of the Capital Entities and the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries prior to June 25, 1995.
Systems Support means the computer hardware and software, but --------------- excluding the PeopleSoft System, and telecommunications, including data transmission, data distribution, report generation, and data entry capabilities needed to process Sunburst's information for each Choice Function and Facilities Service. Any capitalized terms defined in the Distribution Agreement and used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Distribution Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.

  • If ordered, Oracle Hardware and Systems Support (including first year and all subsequent years) is provided under Oracle’s Hardware and Systems Support Policies in effect at the time the services are provided.

Related to Systems Support

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Level 3 Support means, with the use of backup engineering and technical support staff, isolating Defects and developing Defect corrections including, without limitation, Upgrades.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.
