SZSE Listing Rules means the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (including the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Board), as amended, supplemented, modified and/or varied from time to time.

  • The decision to trade in China Connect Securities is the Client's and the Client should not trade in China Connect Securities unless the Client fully understands and is willing to assume the risks associated with China Connect (including prohibition of trading China Connect Securities, being liable or responsible for breaching the SSE Listing Rules, SSE Rules, SZSE Listing Rules, SZSE Rules and other Applicable Laws), and is able to comply with all relevant China Connect Laws and China Connect Rules.
