T1000 Trust means MHC T1000 Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust, together with its successors and permitted assigns.
T1000 Trust means MHC T1000 Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust. T1000 Trust is a guarantor under the Guaranty.
