Take 5 Company Location definition

Take 5 Company Location means (i) the company-owned locations operating under the Take 5 Brand on the Series 2018-1 Closing Date were be contributed to Take 5 Properties on the Series 2018-1 Closing Date pursuant to the Third Tier Take 5 Company Location Assets Contribution Agreement (and including, for the avoidance of doubt, certain company-owned locations not operating under the Take 5 Brand on the Series 2018-1 Closing Date but which were converted into Take 5 Branded Locations following the Series 2018-1 Closing Date), (ii) all Take 5 Company Locations that are acquired or opened by Take 5 Properties after the Series 2018-1 Closing Date and (iii) all company-owned locations operating under the Take 5 Brand as of the Series 2018-1 Closing Date that were contributed to Take 5 Properties, but contribute Weekly Estimated Securitization-Owned Location Profits Amounts and Monthly Securitization-Owned Location Profits True-up Amounts to Take 5 Properties.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.
