DMG's discretion to accept or approve Talent Contracts under paragraph 3 and to approve the terms of working capital loans under paragraph 6 may only be exercised by writings executed by its Chief Executive Officer.

It is understood by both parties that in most instances Performing Artists, Talent Agents and Talent Managers consider the terms of their Talent Contracts to be proprietary confidential information and will impose confidentiality requirements upon VENUETECH and expect that such information will be held in confidence.
