Tangibility Event Put Option Date definition

Tangibility Event Put Option Date means the first Business Day falling 75 days following the expiry of the Tangibility Event Put Period;
Tangibility Event Put Option Date means, in relation to the exercise of the Tangibility Event Put Option: (a) a date falling not less than 75 days following the expiry of the Tangibility Event Put Option Period; and (b) in the case of Floating Rate Certificates, a Periodic Distribution Date;

Related to Tangibility Event Put Option Date

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Triggering Event means any Section 11(a)(ii) Event or any Section 13 Event.

  • Initial Triggering Event means any of the following events or transactions occurring after the date hereof:

  • Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Additional Disruption Event means any of Change in Law, Hedging Disruption and/or Increased Cost of Hedging.
