Target Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7. hereof.

Target Contracts will have the meaning given to it in Section 4.a. hereof.

Examples of Target Contracts in a sentence

The performance of the Target Contracts by the Target Companies will not result in any violation of or failure to comply with any Legal Requirement.

Target Contracts means those items (i) disclosed in Sections 4.14(a), 4.14(b), 4.14(c) and 4.14(d) of the Target Disclosure Memorandum or (ii) reflected in an exhibit to Target's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005 or in any other Target SEC Report filed subsequent to such Form 10-K and prior to the date of this Agreement.

Target Contracts with respect to oral agreements shall be those agreements, contracts, licenses and commitments involving aggregate consideration to or by the Company in excess of $50,000), of the following types to which Target Company is a party or by which Target Company or any of its properties (excluding any properties held by Target Company for the benefit of a Customer) is bound and which is currently in effect, as amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified as of the date hereof:

Target Contracts means all Contracts of the following types to which any member of the Target Group is a party or by which any member of the Target Group or its respective properties (excluding any properties held by a member of the Target Group for the benefit of a customer) is bound, or to which Seller is a party but which is for the benefit of any member of the Target Group, which is currently in effect, as amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified as of the date hereof (other than Excluded Contracts):
