Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;
Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.
Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.
Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.
Departmental Schedule , which means the Public Works Department Schedule of Rates in different district of West Bengal for the working area including up-to-date addenda and corrigenda, if any.
Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.
COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.
Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.
Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.
Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.
Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:
(a) general plan, general plan amendments, specific plans and specific plan amendments;
(b) tentative and final subdivision and parcel maps;
(c) conditional use permits and master plans;
(d) zoning, zoning map amendments, and zoning text amendments; and,
(e) grading and building permits.
Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls

Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.
Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.
