Target Production definition

Target Production means, 28.6 million tons in respect of 2004, 29.5 million tons in respect of 2005, 29.8 million tons in respect of 2006, 28.9 million tons in respect of 2007 and 29.1 million tons in respect of 2008; provided that the Board may make such equitable adjustments to Target Production as it reasonably deems to be appropriate in order to achieve the intention of this agreement after giving effect to significant events including, without limitation, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers or similar transactions.
Target Production means the projected output of the “insured energy installation”. This is described further in Additional Conditions F.16. The “target production” for this insurance is indicated in the Declarations / Policy schedule.

Examples of Target Production in a sentence

  • Each of the Target EBITDA, Target Free Cash Flow, Target EBITDA/Revenue Margin, and Target Production.

  • For any new Products that become subject to this Agreement after the Effective Date, the Target Production Yield Percentage will be set as an average of the first ten (10) commercial Batches for such new Product.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
