Target ROE definition

Target ROE means the Return on Equity projected in the approved budget;
Target ROE means the budgeted return on equity for the Employer for the Agreement Year of reference as determined in accordance with Subsection (b).
Target ROE means the Cumulative ROE at which the Target Bonus Award may be awarded to a Participant, as determined by the Committee.

Related to Target ROE

  • Target means Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system.

  • TARGET 2 means the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007.

  • Target Value shall have the meaning stated in Section 7.2 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;
