Targeted Funding definition

Targeted Funding means funding which may be transferred to the Council pursuant to this Agreement for the provision of Targeted Programs.
Targeted Funding means the funding provided to the Board by the Ministry of Education targeted for school age students of Aboriginal ancestry participating in Aboriginal Education Programs and Services offered by public schools, and which must be spent on the provisions of these programs and services. For greater certainty, funded Aboriginal Education and Services must be in additional to any other programs and services for which an Aboriginal student is eligible, including provincial base funding, English Language Learners, and Special Education Funding. Targeted Aboriginal Education Funding must not be used for the delivery of provincial curriculum.
Targeted Funding means the larger commercially-oriented grant or other external funding offered by a federal agency, grant making foundation, or related entity for which the researcher will apply after using the STIG grant to develop required data.

Examples of Targeted Funding in a sentence

  • The cumulative periodic cash flow payments DIAND will make to the Council to advance Targeted Funding, where applicable, will not exceed the Cash Management Policy.

  • Where the new or enhanced program(s) or service(s) introduced under subsection 3.1.7 (a) are introduced by a Federal Department other than DIAND, that Federal Department will determine whether the new or enhanced program(s) or service(s) will be funded by way of Block Funding or Targeted Funding.

  • The Minister will transfer the Targeted Funding bi-weekly to the Departments, commencing April 1 of each fiscal year.

  • The Minister will transfer the balance of Targeted Funding payable to each Department for fiscal year 2019-2020 in bi-weekly instalments to each Department commencing December 1, 2019.

Related to Targeted Funding

  • Approved Funding has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule B.

  • Accumulated Funding Deficiency as defined in Section 302 of ERISA.

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any Lender that is an investment fund, any other investment fund that invests in commercial loans and that is managed or advised by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Related Funds means with respect to any Lender that is an Approved Fund, any other Approved Fund that is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Affiliated Funds are any fund of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trust (“JHVIT”), ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Funds II (“JHF II”) or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.
