Targeted Reserve Account Balance means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of: (i) the greater of (a) 3.0% of the outstanding Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period, and (b) 2.0% of the Original Pool Balance, and (ii) the Aggregate Note Principal Balance.
