Tax Legend definition
Tax Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(4) hereof to be placed on all Notes (if applicable) issued under this Indenture except where otherwise permitted by the provisions of this Indenture.

Tax Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(iv) hereof to be placed on all Toggle Notes and all Cash-Pay Notes offered with “original issue discount” (as defined in Section 1273(a)(1) of the Code), issued under this Indenture, except where otherwise permitted by the provisions of this Indenture.
