Taxable value shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.04(10) of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
Taxable Property means all Assessor’s Parcels which are not Exempt Property.
Eligible Vehicle means a motor vehicle that:
Subject Vehicle means the vehicle being tested.
Fleet Vehicle means one of a large group of New Vehicles sold to a Person (e.g., a rental car agency) which purchases in excess of ten (10) Vehicles per purchase contract for commercial use.
Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.
Taxable Public Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Public Property that are not exempt pursuant to Section E below.
Apportionable vehicle means (except as provided below) any Power Unit that is used or intended for use in two or more Member Jurisdictions and that is used for the transportation of persons for hire or designed, used, or maintained primarily for the transportation of property, and:
Salvage vehicle means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage. For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;
casual taxable person means a person who occasionally undertakes transactions involving supply of goods or services or both in the course or furtherance of business, whether as principal, agent or in any other capacity, in the taxable territory where he has no fixed place of business;
Transfer Vehicle means any vehicle that operates in space and transfers Payloads or persons or both between two different space objects, between two different locations on the same space object, or between a space object and the surface of a celestial body. A Transfer Vehicle also includes a vehicle that departs from and returns to the same location on a space object.
complete vehicle means any vehicle which need not be completed in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;
Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax year beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.
Taxable REIT Subsidiary means any corporation (other than a REIT) in which General Partner directly or indirectly owns stock and General Partner and such corporation jointly elect that such corporation shall be treated as a taxable REIT subsidiary of General Partner under and pursuant to Section 856 of the Code.
Base taxable value means the agreed value specified in a resolution or interlocal agreement under Subsection 17C-1-102(8) from which tax increment will be collected.
Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;
Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility
taxable service means any service provided or to be provided –
goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;
Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.
Taxable income means, in the case of an individual, federal adjusted gross income determined without regard to 26 U.S.C. § 168(k) and:
Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.
Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.
Tax Asset means any federal or state net operating loss, net capital loss, general business credit, foreign tax credit, charitable deduction, or any other loss, credit, deduction, or tax attribute which could reduce any Tax (including, without limitation, deductions, credits, alternative minimum net operating loss carryforwards related to alternative minimum taxes or additions to the basis of property).
Taxable Date means the date on which interest on the Note is first includable in gross income of the Lender thereof as a result of an Event of Taxability as such date is established pursuant to a Determination of Taxability.
Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.
