Tenant shall be liable for and shall pay at least ten (10) days before delinquency all Taxes – Equipment.
If any such Taxes - Equipment are levied or assessed against Landlord or the Property, and if Landlord elects to pay the same, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s demand therefor, that part of such Taxes – Equipment for which T▇▇▇▇▇ is liable hereunder.
