Taxes – Equipment definition

Taxes – Equipment means and refer to all governmental fees, taxes, tariffs and other charges levied directly or indirectly against any personal property, fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems, connections, interconnections and appurtenances located in, or used by Tenant in or in connection with, the Tenant Space.
Taxes – Equipment means and refer to all governmental fees, taxes, tariffs and other charges levied directly or indirectly against or otherwise attributable to any personal property, fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems, connections, interconnections and appurtenances located in, serving, or used by Tenant in or in connection with, the Tenant Space.
Taxes – Equipment means any form of tax, assessment, general assessment, special assessment, lien, levy, bond obligation, license fee, license tax, excise or other charge or surcharge of Governmental Agencies on equipment, fixtures or other personal property.

Examples of Taxes – Equipment in a sentence

  • Tenant shall be liable for and shall pay at least ten (10) days before delinquency all Taxes – Equipment.

  • If any such Taxes - Equipment are levied or assessed against Landlord or the Property, and if Landlord elects to pay the same, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s demand therefor, that part of such Taxes – Equipment for which T▇▇▇▇▇ is liable hereunder.

  • If any such Taxes – Equipment are levied or assessed against Landlord or the Property, and if Landlord elects to pay the same, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s demand therefor, that part of such Taxes – Equipment for which Tenant is liable hereunder.

  • Tenant shall be liable for and shall pay before delinquency all Taxes – Equipment.

  • If any such Taxes - Equipment are levied or assessed against Landlord or the Property, and if Landlord elects to pay the same, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days of Landlord’s demand therefor, that part of such Taxes – Equipment for which Tenant is liable hereunder.

  • In the event that Tenant desires to contest such Taxes – Equipment, Landlord agrees to reasonably cooperate with Tenant in connection therewith at Tenant’s cost.
