TDD Resolution definition

TDD Resolution means that certain Resolution No. 3675 which approved the creation of the Highlands Village TDD on May 12, 2008, as referenced in Recital F hereof.
TDD Resolution means Resolution No. 3620 adopted by the City on September 17, 2007. A copy of the TDD Resolution is attached hereto as Exhibit E.
