TDD Resolution definition

TDD Resolution means that certain Resolution No. 3675 which approved the creation of the Highlands Village TDD on May 12, 2008, as referenced in Recital F hereof.
TDD Resolution means Resolution No. 3620 adopted by the City on September 17, 2007. A copy of the TDD Resolution is attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Related to TDD Resolution

  • Board Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted by the Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Certified Resolution means a copy of a resolution or resolutions certified, by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the corporation referred to, as having been duly adopted by the Board of Directors of such corporation or any committee of such Board of Directors, however designated, authorized to exercise the powers of such Board of Directors in respect of the matters in question and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.

  • Board Resolutions means a copy delivered to the Trustee of a resolution of the Board of Directors certified by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the applicable corporation, to have been duly adopted and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.
