Team Events means events at the Stadium, in addition to Team Games, that are related to the football operations of the Team or the marketing or promotion of the Team.

  • Hazardous participant events include but are not limited to any event within the following broad categories: Athletic Team Events; Equestrian-related Events; Motorized Events; Rodeo Events; and Wheeled Events, including bicycle, skates, skateboard, or scooter.

  • Representative Team Events take precedence over Individual Events.

  • The Tides will provide tickets to the City for all Team Events and Special Baseball Events.

  • The Tides will provide Complimentary Tickets, of a number no less than 0.5%, on average, of the existing seating capacity of Stadium to all Team Events and Special Baseball Events (to the extent permitted by the IL) to the Director, at no cost to the City.

  • The Tides will be responsible for all ticketing and ticketing- related matters for all Team Events.

  • This Appendix applies to all Team Events other than Tier 1 of the ACWTC which is governed by the MacRobertson Shield Regulations.

Related to Team Events

  • Termination Events means each of the events specified in Clause 10.3 of this Contract.

  • Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the collection system at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

  • Triggering Events means Triggering Event I, Triggering Event II and Triggering Event III, collectively.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Material Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 of this Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.
