Technology System definition

Technology System means, collectively, the computer hardware equipment, operating software, point of sale equipment, applications, communications equipment and supporting peripherals devices that Licensor specifies by brand, model, supplier, features, functions or other type of specifications and that Licensee must use to operate the Restaurant whether or not it incorporates Licensor’s Confidential Information.
Technology System means any computer, hardware, software, communications system, electronic device (including but not limited to, smart phone, laptop, tablet, wearable device), server, cloud infrastructure or microcontroller including any similar system or any configuration of the aforementioned and including any associated input, output, data storage device, networking equipment or back up facility.
Technology System means and includes, without limitation, (i) computer system, software (including Proprietary Software), data, telephone, voice messaging, retrieval and transmission system; (ii) customer relationship management systems; (iii) printers and other peripheral devices; (iv) archival back-up systems; and (v) Internet access mode (e.g. form of telecommunications connection) and speed.
