Telecommunications Contracts definition

Telecommunications Contracts means the following contracts related to the Telecommunications System: (i) that certain Agreement To Obtain Communications Services dated as of December 24, 2004, by and between PIM and PCA, and (ii) that certain Bulk Services Agreement dated as of May 17, 2005, by and between PIM and Verizon Services Corp., and (iii) that certain Marketing Agreement dated as of May 17, 2005, by and between PIM and Verizon Services Corp.
Telecommunications Contracts means the telecommunications and information service contracts and licenses affecting the Premises or the operation thereof which are listed on Exhibit “1(D)”.
Telecommunications Contracts means all contracts and agreements between any Company and third parties for services and rights that are necessary for such Company to operate its telecommunications or communications businesses, including without limitation all contracts or agreements executed pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, 46 USC Section 151 et seq.
