Telecommunications Rooms definition

Telecommunications Rooms means areas within the Building that are described on the first page of this Agreement and used as principal hubs for the location of Telecommunications Equipment;
Telecommunications Rooms meaning the areas within the Building that are described in Schedule “B” to this Agreement and used as principal hubs for the location of Telecommunications Equipment; and (ii) “Telecommunications Spaces” meaning the telecommunications and cable pathways through the rooftop and in, on, over, or under the Building, installed or used for deployment of Telecommunications Equipment.

Examples of Telecommunications Rooms in a sentence

  • All Telecommunications Rooms must be completely separated from Plenum air space in accordance with NEC and BICSI standards.

  • All conduits and cable trays penetrating any Telecommunications Rooms must be properly sealed with the appropriate fire stopping material, as per NEC and local fire codes.

  • Terminal cabinets shall not be used in lieu of Telecommunications Rooms.

  • The Telecommunications Rooms shall be a minimum of 10 feet x 12 feet [3 m x 3.6 m], or as large as the sum of the provided and future systems require, including space for UPS equipment.

  • Piping connections shall not be installed over where equipment may be installed.Ducting unrelated to the Telecommunications Room shall not be routed through Telecommunications Rooms.

  • The Mechanical Engineer can assume 12,000 BTU/hour perroom or applying a 1-ton unit.The temperature in Telecommunications Rooms shall be maintained between 65 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, and shall cause a system alarm on the BMS (Building Management Systems) when it goes outside of those parameters.

  • Where possible, Telecommunications Rooms should be centrally located on the floor plate and should be vertically adjacent / stacked.

  • In the Telecommunications Rooms, cables shall be terminated via modular jacks in a rack- mounted modular patch panel.

  • telecommunications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the transmission and reception of signals by wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic means;

  • Telecommunications means the transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user's choosing, without change in the form or content of the information as sent and received.

  • Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Telecommunications Business means the business of (i) transmitting, or providing services relating to the transmission of, voice, video or data through owned or leased transmission facilities, (ii) creating, developing or marketing communications related network equipment, software and other devices for use in a Telecommunications Business or (iii) evaluating, participating or pursuing any other activity or opportunity that is primarily related to those identified in (i) or (ii) above; provided that the determination of what constitutes a Telecommunications Business shall be made in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Guarantor.

  • Telecommunications company means a person engaged in the furnishing of telecommunications service within this state.

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Telecommunications Act means the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the federal "Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act,'' 4 U.S.C. s.124 (Pub.L.106-252).

  • Network means the Distributor's lines, substations and associated equipment used to convey electricity between:

  • public telecommunications service means the transmission by electromagnetic or other means, other than by a telephone company as defined in section 4927.01 of the Revised Code, of signs, signals, writings, images, sounds, messages, or data originating in this state regardless of actual call routing. "Public telecommunications service" excludes a system, including its construction, maintenance, or operation, for the provision of telecommunications service, or any portion of such service, by any entity for the sole and exclusive use of that entity, its parent, a subsidiary, or an affiliated entity, and not for resale, directly or indirectly; the provision of terminal equipment used to originate telecommunications service; broadcast transmission by radio, television, or satellite broadcast stations regulated by the federal government; or cable television service.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;
