Telephonic Notice definition

Telephonic Notice means a notice by telephone given on behalf of the Borrower by one of the persons listed on Schedule 1.1B.
Telephonic Notice means informing an individual by speaking directly to the individual on the telephone, but does not include a message left on a recording device or with another individual.

  • Should the minimum cargo quantity identified in Box 2 (or a full cargo, whichever is the lesser) not be supplied, the Master shall give immediate Telegraphic Notice or Telephonic Notice to the Charterer that such cargo quantity has not been furnished, indicating the shortage, and shall then await Charterer's instructions.

  • Electronic Notice shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 13 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Notice Office means the office of the Administrative Agent located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, or such other office as the Administrative Agent may hereafter designate in writing as such to the other parties hereto.

  • PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).

  • Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
