Disbursement method Subject to the Bank's approval of the Borrower's Drawdown Notice or unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in this Facilities Agreement, the Facilities will be deemed as disbursed to the Borrower when the Facilities has been disbursed according to the method specified in the Drawdown Notice and/or as stipulated in the Facilities Agreement.
The Borrower shall make full payment of all unpaid amounts, including fee or charges, damages and penalty under the Notice of Early Collection of the Facilities.
