Television Delivery definition

Television Delivery means the delivery of television programmes to viewers by means of Television.

  • To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to make available News Programmes which have been transmitted by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) on their on-demand/catch-up TV services, whereby viewers may choose to watch such News Programmes at a date and time later than the date and time upon which they were initially broadcast.

  • To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to Simulcast transmissions of News Programmes made by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) by means of their Internet Websites, Mobile Platforms and Mobile Apps.

  • To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to Simulcast (i.e., exhibit via “TV Everywhere”) transmissions of News Programmes made by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) by means of their Internet Websites, Mobile Platforms and Mobile Apps.

  • Television Delivery Systems" means any transmission of television programming, via broadcasting, cable, microwave, or other such means of program delivery.

  • This will be about BBS Television Delivery, but could include issues about trans-border terrestrial if there is any relevance .

  • To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to make available News Programmes which have been transmitted by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) on their on- demand/catch-up TV services, whereby viewers may choose to watch such News Programmes at a date and time later than the date and time upon which they were initially broadcast.

  • To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to Simulcast transmissions of News Programmes made by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) by means of their Internet Websites, Mobile Platforms and Mobile Apps provided that transmission is geo-blocked as described in Clause 14.

  • Footage taken of press conferences must be within the MPC and shall not be considered subject to the restrictions contained in these News Rules; and a) may exhibit, by means of Television Delivery and/or Non-Television Delivery, all or portions of press conferences that take place in the MPC, without any territorial restrictions, provided there is a delay of thirty minutes from the conclusion of the press conference.

  • Mobile Rights means the Mobile Activation Rights and the right to deliver or provide access to the Feed or Footage, the Audio Feed, any Unilateral Commentary and Unilateral Coverage in the Territory during the Rights Period, for reception and viewing in an intelligible form on a Mobile Device where the communication link(s) used in such delivery comprises, at least in part, Mobile Communications Technology and/or Mobile Broadcast Technology but excluding Television Delivery and Internet Delivery.

  • Television means a system for transmitting visual images and sound that are reproduced on screens, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Television includes any video programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Telecommunications Service is as defined in the Act.

  • Automated teller machine means a device, linked to a financial institution's account records, which is able to carry out transactions, including, but not limited to: account transfers, deposits, cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and mortgage and loan payments.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.
