Temporary Access Easement definition

Temporary Access Easement means an easement granted to the Owner to cross over the property of another when such access is necessary to provide entry to the Property being rented. The Temporary Access Easement shall be recorded in the records of the Rich County Recorder and shall terminate on the transfer by the owner granting the Temporary Easement.
