Temporary Impact definition

Temporary Impact means the grading, filling, excavation, dredging, or changing of drainage of an Aquatic Resource where the Aquatic Resource is restored to pre- construction contours and elevations after construction, and revegetated, as appropriate.
Temporary Impact means any impact on vegetation or habitat that does not result in permanent vegetation or habitat removal, such as areas of impact that are substantially restored to pre-impact conditions by hydro-seeding or other measures.
