Tenant Change definition

Tenant Change has the meaning ascribed in Section 4.2.2 of the Work Letter A-11
Tenant Change or "TENANT CHANGES" has the meaning given such term in Section 5.05(a).
Tenant Change means any change in the Plans initiated by Tenant (to the extent permitted under this Work Letter) and shall include, without limitation, any (A) change in scope of work, (B) addition or deletion of specified elements of the Improvements, and/or (C) change in the specified grade or quality, manufacturer or supplier of materials, fixtures or equipment; but shall not include (i) Value Engineering Changes, (ii) changes required to comply with applicable Requirements (unless resulting from a change in Tenant's proposed use of the Improvements) or (iii) changes required to correct or clarify design, engineering or construction errors.

Examples of Tenant Change in a sentence

  • If Tenant fails to notify Landlord in writing of Tenant’s approval of such Tenant Change Request within said three (3) business day period, then such Tenant Change Request shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall be of no further effect.

  • If Landlord does not approve in writing a Tenant Change Order Request, then such Tenant Change Order Request shall be deemed rejected by Landlord, and Tenant shall not be permitted to alter Tenant’s Work as contemplated by such Tenant Change Order Request.

  • Tenant Change Order Requests shall be signed by Tenant’s Authorized Representative.

  • The cost of any Tenant Change shall be determined on a net basis; i.e. taking into account the savings, if any, resulting from such Tenant Change.

  • In the event the Tenant Funds exceed the amount agreed upon within the Project Budget, through added scope changes, the Tenant shall provide additional purchases orders to the Landlord, which will be included in the Tenant Change Request process that the Landlord’s representative administers.

  • Landlord shall have five (5) business days after receipt of such information from Tenant to (a) in the case of a Tenant Change Order Request, approve or reject such Tenant Change Order Request in writing, or (b) in the case of a Landlord Change Order Request, notify Tenant in writing of Landlord’s decision either to proceed with or abandon the Landlord-requested Change.

  • Except as otherwise specified in Article 7, any Tenant Change shall, at the termination of this Lease, become a part of the Building and belong to Landlord, pursuant to the provisions of Article 7.

  • If Tenant fails to notify Landlord in writing of Tenant’s approval of such Tenant Change Request within said five (5) business day period, then such Tenant Change Request shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall be of no further effect.

  • Landlord shall be authorized to proceed with work described in a Tenant Change upon receipt of Tenant’s notice to proceed following the giving of Landlord’s Change Estimate Notice.

  • If Landlord consents to any requested Tenant Change, Tenant shall give Landlord a minimum of fifteen (15) days written notice prior to commencement thereof.

Related to Tenant Change

  • Leased Premises means the premises which are material to the Company or any Subsidiary and which the Company or any Subsidiary occupies or proposes to occupy as a tenant, sub-tenant or occupant;

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.
